Our DJs and MCs are experienced professionals; trained
to play the right music at the right time and encourage
a full dance floor. At all times the employees of
Muzic in Motion maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Our employees are dedicated, independent, confident,
creative, and knowledgeable. We strive to keep our
staff well-versed in the latest technology and encourage
an appreciation for all types of music.
Various Personality Styles and Levels of Involvement
You, the client, choose how involved you want
your MC and DJ to be during your event. From extremely
outgoing to rather conservative, we have a wide
range of personalities working for us. We believe
the best way to meet your expectations is by working
closely with you during our Wedding Receptions
101 Class or at the Corporate Consultation discussing
and planning the services we will provide. Our
MCs and DJs will touch base with you regularly
throughout the night to ensure everything is going
just as you envisioned.
Ongoing Training and Staff Development
Muzic in Motion takes great pride in our staff
and our training program. Ongoing training is
administered by management in both one-on-one
and classroom formats. Every 30 days tests are
administered to all employees to ensure they have,
and know, the latest information. We believe in
regular, thorough reviews and use them as incentives
for staff and measurement tools for management.
We never subcontract – our employees are
hired and trained exclusively by Muzic in Motion,
Milwaukee’s Best DJs. By doing all of this,
Muzic in Motion guarantees that all employees
will uphold the same standards of professionalism
that the company was built on.

Annually the red carpet gets rolled out to honor
our talented staff at the MIMI award show. Festivities
include entertainment, award ceremony, dinner,
and dancing.
